No wait and friendly staff

It was very cheap and convenient and the person who saw me was very nice and helpful. My only confusion is that the later lab test gave conflicting results from the quick test during the appointment and said I did not have the condition I was medicated for. The person who called me to discuss this seemed a bit vague about the implications of this.

My scheduled appointment was at 6:30 pm and I arrived at 5:10 pm as requested. There were two customers waiting who had 5:30 and 5:50 pm appointments and had not yet been seen. They said the patient in with the nurse had been there for an hour. I was finally seen at 7:15 pm for my 6:30 pm appointment. The nurse was not apologetic for the delay, but she said the system had double booked her. I asked why I was not notified to reschedule my appointment or to come later. She said the system did not do that. I am very disappointed and will likely not use minute clinic again. The extended wait made me late for another engagement.

I liked the practitioner, she kept a good conversation and made sure I was in and out of there quickly. She also made sure I left with zero questions.

Been going to minute clinic for 30 years for a b12 shots and other health issues and asking questions with the assigned nurses. They were knowledgeable, informative and always kind and helpful to me and I asked other people what their experiences were and they agreed getting the proper care they came in for. Some of the nurses even became friends. So keep the clinics running they are The Provider sent. Proveedores

The provider was excellent - friendly and knowledgeable! One piece of feedback - I don't think the schedule gives the provider enough time to keep up with appointments. For example, I needed flu/covid/and strep testing. That testing itself takes longer than the allowed window causing backups for the provider.

The medical professional was great, she listened and took good care of me. ¡Gracias!
